How long does it take to transfer my license to LPT Realty?
License transfer timelines are set by your state, but the application itself takes minutes and most agents are onboarded and producing within a week.
What happens to my pending transactions when I switch brokerages?
Pending deals are generally handled under your current brokerage's agreement. Review your independent contractor agreement and plan the transfer date around your closings — this is one of the first things I map out with agents.
Do I have to join a team to join LPT Realty?
No. You can join LPT as an individual agent and still get my coaching as your sponsor. Joining The Kurz Team is a separate, optional conversation for agents in the South Florida market.
