    Move your license and listings, get onboarded on the platform, following LPT's onboarding process.

How do I join LPT Realty?

You complete the LPT Realty onboarding application, name your sponsor, transfer your license through your state association or commission, and move your active listings. Timing depends on your state and situation.

How long does it take to transfer my license to LPT Realty?

License transfer timelines are set by your state, so David can help you review current written transfer requirements and timing for your state.

What happens to my pending transactions when I switch brokerages?

Pending deals are generally handled under your current brokerage's agreement. Review your independent contractor agreement and plan the transfer date around your closings — this is one of the first things I map out with agents.

Do I have to join a team to join LPT Realty?

No. You can join LPT as an individual agent — sponsorship is not tied to team membership or to any training I offer. Joining The Kurz Team is a separate, optional conversation for agents in the South Florida market.
