LPT Realty Revenue Share & Equity

Revenue share is the part of the LPT Realty model agents research hardest — and the part most often explained badly. Here is what it is, what it isn't, and why your choice of sponsor matters more than any recruiting pitch.

What revenue share actually is

When you sponsor an agent into LPT Realty, the brokerage pays you a share of the company revenue generated by that agent's closed transactions. It comes out of the brokerage's side, not out of the other agent's commission, and it continues as long as that agent keeps producing.

Layered with equity opportunities, it turns a production business — where income stops when you stop — into a business that keeps paying while you take a week off.

Why it is not a pyramid scheme

The distinction is simple: a pyramid scheme pays people for recruiting, with no real product underneath. Revenue share pays a share of revenue created by actual real estate transactions closed by licensed agents. No agent pays to join, no agent pays their sponsor, and no income exists unless homes actually change hands.

The honest caveat: revenue share is not passive money. Agents who earn meaningfully from it are the ones who genuinely coach and support the people they bring in.

Choosing your sponsor — the decision people rush

Your sponsor is named once, on your application, and cannot be changed later. Plenty of agents pick whoever sent the last text and never hear from them again.

When you join with me, you get onboarding, a written business plan, lead-generation coaching and a phone number that gets answered. If you are in South Florida, you can also explore coming onto The Kurz Team with leads, a transaction coordinator, done-for-you marketing and in-person mentorship.

Revenue share FAQ

Is LPT Realty revenue share a pyramid scheme?

No. Revenue share is paid out of company revenue generated by real closed real estate transactions, and no agent pays another agent to join. Nothing is earned unless production happens. A pyramid scheme pays for recruitment itself, with no underlying product.

Who is my sponsor at LPT Realty?

Your sponsor is the person you name on your application — the agent who actually helped you make the decision. It cannot be changed afterward, so choose the person who will still answer the phone in six months.

Does revenue share cost me anything?

No. Revenue share is paid from the brokerage's portion of company dollar, not deducted from the sponsored agent's commission.

Can I earn equity at LPT Realty?

LPT offers equity opportunities tied to production and growth milestones in addition to revenue share. Ask for the current program terms in writing, since these programs are updated over time.
